Deposits

A deposit secures your appointment and comes off the price of your treatment. It is not an additional charge.

Changing or cancelling

Semi-permanent make-up appointments are long, so a late cancellation cannot be filled. Give at least 48 hours' notice and your deposit moves to your new date. Less than 48 hours, or a missed appointment, and the deposit is retained.

Patch tests

A patch test at least 48 hours before treatment is required, and it is required again if it has been more than twelve months since your last one. Without a valid patch test the appointment cannot go ahead, and the deposit is treated as a late cancellation. This is not negotiable — it is the step that stops a pigment reaction happening in your face.

Who we cannot treat

We cannot treat anyone under 18 in any circumstances. We cannot treat you while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some medications and conditions mean we need your GP's written agreement first, and some mean waiting. These are covered at your free consultation — please answer the health questions honestly, because they exist to protect you.

Your perfecting session

Your treatment includes one perfecting session at four to six weeks and it is part of the price. Book it before you leave. If you do not attend within twelve weeks of your treatment it is treated as used, and further work is charged as a colour boost.

Results

Healed results vary between people because skin varies between people. How your skin holds pigment depends on your skin type, your age, your medication, your lifestyle and your aftercare, and none of those can be guaranteed in advance. What is guaranteed is the process: shape agreed with you before any pigment is used, colour matched to you, and a perfecting session to adjust the result.
